By default, all websites developed by The Digital Access will include a discreet credit link in the footer (e.g., “Designed and Developed By The Digital Access”). This credit acknowledges our work and expertise in website development.

If the client wishes to remove this credit, a one-time branding removal fee will apply. The fee amount will be determined based on the project scope and must be paid before the credit is removed.

Clients must request branding removal in writing. If the credit is removed without our consent, The Digital Access reserves the right to claim authorship of the website publicly and take necessary action as deemed appropriate.

5. Disclaimer

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services. Our Site and services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
