Website Development Terms of Service

1. Proposal and Project Initiation

After the initial meeting, we will send you a proposal, including the project quotation. 

Once you acknowledge the email and make the advance payment, we will provide three reference designs based on your project’s cost and functionality. 

You will have 3 to 5 business days to finalize the design. 

The project timeline will commence once the design is approved, with the approval date counted as Day 1.

2. Completion of the Website

The project will be considered complete when the website is developed as per the approved design and functionality outlined in the proposal. 

Upon completion, the remaining balance payment will be due from the client.

3. Minor Changes (Included in the Project Scope)

The following minor changes are included at no additional cost prior to design confirmation: 

– 5 to 8 images 

– Button placement or button colour adjustments 

– Updates to content headings, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions 

Note: Any changes made after design confirmation will be chargeable.

4. Major Changes (Chargeable)

The following changes are considered major modifications and will incur additional charges: 

– Alterations to structure, font, or overall colour scheme 

– Addition of new sections or features 

– Changes in functionality or the inclusion of new functions 

By proceeding with the project, you agree to the terms of services stated above.

 

Social Media Marketing Terms of Service

1. Project Initiation and Payment

– To begin any social media marketing project, a 50% advance payment of the total quoted amount is required. 

– The remaining 50% will be due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed upon during the proposal phase. 

2. Scope of Work

– The services provided will be as outlined in the proposal shared after the initial consultation. 

– Any additions or changes to the scope of work after the agreement will be chargeable and must be documented in writing. 

3. Content Approval

– All content (posts, captions, graphics, etc.) created for your social media channels will be shared for approval before posting. 

– You will have 2-3 business days to provide feedback or request changes. Delays in approval may affect the project timeline. 

4. Payment Terms

– The 50% advance is non-refundable once work has commenced. 

– Final payment is required within 7 days of project completion. Delayed payments may result in a pause or termination of services. 

5. Revisions and Changes

The following will be included as part of the project: 

– Up to 3 revisions per post (graphics or captions). 

– Minor text changes or adjustments. 

Chargeable Changes: 

– Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit. 

– Complete redesigns or changes in campaign strategy after approval. 

– Creation of new assets or campaigns outside the original agreement. 

6. Timeline and Delivery

– The timeline for deliverables will be discussed and outlined in the project proposal. 

– Timely approvals from the client are essential to ensure deadlines are met. 

7. Termination of Services

– Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-days notice

– In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
